An entrepreneur and philanthropist, Ronald Bautista is the Director of Digital Media Strategies at Grupo Parada. At Grupo Parada, Ronald acts as a consultant to clients and media teams, and has been responsible for leading the strategic communications planning for clients like the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, Hispanic Educational Tecnology Services, Organizacion Juventud Ecuatoriana, and the Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives. Bautista has worked with various teams to develop integrated, innovative strategies to connect these education and health institutions with the US Hispanic Market.
Bautista understands the Hispanic consumer and the need for culturally relevant content in media planning, communications planning, and emerging media to achieve community involvement and branding goals. Dedicated to the cause of better education and community involvement, he has over 3 years of non-profit sector experience with Organización Juventud Ecuatoriana (JUVE), developing a direct connection with the Hispanic community in the New York Tri-State Area. His work in JUVE has been based on the development of constituents through better education and life in community. Programs included the management of the Ecuadorian Scholars Fund, a scholarship that has benefited Ecuadorian college students for three years in a row in the New York Tri-State Area.
